How do I process a cancellation?

Cancellation procedure

  1. Go to the HubSpot contact record of the agent cancelling and create a new ticket.
  2. Fill out as follows:
    Ticket name - First and last name of primary account holder, with their iPro number in Parentheses, a dash, and the words "Cancellation Request".
    Pipeline - Cancellations
    Ticket Status - To Process
    Source - As applicable
    Ticket Description - A brief summary of whatever the reason for cancellation, if any. Refund requests should also be noted here.
    Ticket Type - Task
    Create Date - Today's date

  3. Click "Create".  The system will then automatically assign the ticket to Tiago in Sales to process appropriately.
