The Agent Landing page is the term used for the pages Agents can see when they log in to the system.

The Agent Landing page is the term used for the pages Agents can see when they log in to the system. The pages available for Agents allow them to see their Statements, Balances, and Hierarchy, as well as their own address and banking information.

Statements

The initial page Agents will be taken to is allows them to access their Statements. Statements will be covered in detail under the section Agent Statements.

Balances

Selecting Balances from the top menu shows the Agent four key balances.

  • Agent Balance - Ending balance from your last statement that includes the consolidated amount resulting from the Advances and Advance Recovery of all Policy Activity
  • Outstanding Chargeback Balance - The sum of all open Chargebacks as of last statement date
  • Outstanding Adjustment Balance - The sum of all open Adjustments as of last statement date

Current Year 1099 - Current year taxable compensation

Hierarchy

The Hierarchy page displays the Agent and any Agents downline from them. If the Agent does not have anyone reporting up to them, they will only see themselves.

If the Agent has ‘Allow Agent to see downline Statements’ checked in the Statement page of Agent details then there will be links to ‘View’ the downline Agents Statements.

Reports

Under the Reports menu selection an Agent can access the Commission History by Policy or Agent report. Agents without downline will only be able to see Commission History for themselves. Agents with Downline will also be able to see Commission History for their downline Agents where the Upline Agent was in the commission hierarchy of the Policy.

Agent Info

Agents can also view their address information through the upper right menu. If they see any discrepancies, they should contact their Agency Services to have them make corrections.

Bank Info

Agents can review their banking information through the upper right menu. If they see any discrepancies, they can then contact their Agency Services to have them make corrections.
