When a cycle is closed Agents are sent an email to provide them a link to view their Statements. If it is the first time the Agent is logging in, they will receive this version of email and will go through a process for them to select a Username and password.

When the Agent clicks on the link they will be taken to this page where they will need to enter information to verify their identity:

After the Agent enters the information correctly and selects continue, they will be taken to this next page where they will be required to choose a Username and Password to use.

After selecting Save the Agent will then be taken to the main login page to log in with the Username and Password they had entered.
