When a Commission Cycle is closed, Agents are automatically sent an email notification containing a link to view their commission Statement.
This email also serves as the initial onboarding path for Agents who have not previously logged into Comissio.

First‑Time Agent Registration
When an Agent clicks the registration link from the Statement email for the first time, they are guided through a one‑time registration workflow.
Identity Verification
The Agent is first prompted to enter information to verify identity. This step ensures that only the intended recipient can complete registration.
After the information is entered correctly, the Agent selects Continue to proceed.

Once identity verification is complete, the Agent is required to:
- Choose a Username
- Create a Password
After selecting Save, the Agent is redirected to the main Comissio login page and can log in using the newly created credentials.

Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)
After logging in, Agents are prompted to complete Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA).
Agents can choose to receive a one‑time verification code via:
- Text message
- Voice call
After entering the verification code successfully, the Agent is logged into Comissio.
This MFA behavior is consistent with the system‑wide MFA configuration.
“Remember This Device for 30 Days”
During MFA, Agents may select Remember This Device for 30 Days.
When this option is selected:
- MFA is not required again on the same device for 30 days
- MFA will still be required:
- After 30 days
- When logging in from a new device or browser
This option improves convenience while maintaining security.
