Reset Password
For users who has forgotten their password, they would go to the login page where they would see the option for Forgot Username/Password.
For users who has forgotten their password, they would go to the login page where they would see the option for Forgot Username/Password. Agents that will not be able to log in or reset their password if vested is not checked and if their status is Dormant, Probation, or Terminated. If an Agent’s status is ‘Terminated for cause’ they cannot log in no matter if vested is checked or not.
After selecting Forgot Username/Password you will be taken to this page where the user would enter their Username and email:
The user will receive confirmation an email has been sent.
Example of the email:

Selecting the link will take them where they can enter a new password.
- The password requirements are: Minimum 16 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
- Password cannot contain:
- First or last name
- Username
- Agent ID or NPN
- Password cannot be one that has been used previously.
