User Roles
User roles will control permissions for Users to access pages in the Comissio system. The system will come with a default Admin Role and Tenants can create their own custom roles.

Select Add New Roles to create new roles
After selecting Manage Permissions, Features can be selected for a User with that Role to be able to access. At this time, only the top level can be selected granting a user access to all pages below that Feature (top menu item). After saving, the new Role will appear in the list page for Roles.

Checking the box on a top feature in Permissions will allow access to all pages within that menu. There is not an option to only go to one page under the top menu. So, you cannot get access to just view or edit a subset of items under a menu item/feature, access must be given for ALL pages related to the menu item/feature.
The View full SSN or Tax ID can only be selected when the Agents & Orgs permission is also selected. This will allow an Admin in an Agent Detail page to select an ‘eye’ icon to view the full tax ID instead of just see the last four digits.

The End of Year 1099 Process can only be selected when the Utilities permission is also selected. It allows access to the pages in the Utilities menu to Process 1099 Statements at the End of the Year.
