How to turn on "Billing Information" for Agents
Where to find the settings in Admin to allow for agents to see their transaction history or update their Credit Card on file on their own.
If an agent is missing this option under "My Account":
Then go to their account in admin. On the right hand side in the middle, above the setting options for iPro and ePro there is an option called "Edit Customer iPro Statement Visibility".
Click that.
The next page can look different depending on if it has been turned on already in the past or not. It will either have a link to click to turn it on, just follow the steps.
Or it will have a "Yes" and "No" option.
Following the link, or making sure "Yes" is on is how you turn on the Billing page under "My Account".
