After getting appointed, how do I make sure my Quotit is set up for VSP?
You will need to make sure your VSP agent information is in both the Agent of Record IDs settings and the Online Application Settings.
To do this, first go to the Settings tab in your QPro system.
First we are going to set up your VSP agent ID under "Agent of Record IDs" Under Agency Preferences
Once on the page make sure you have the correct state selected.
Then scroll down to VSP. (It is alphabetical)
And put your Agent ID from VSP in the box on the right.
Make sure you hit save changes on the top or bottom of the page before changing states or leaving the page.
Next, we need to go back to settings, and click on "Online Application Settings"
Once on the page go to the bottom of the list (if you have settings already in) and click "Add"
Pick your State, the Product type (Vision) then the carrier (VSP).
Enter the information it is requesting. And hit SAVE.
NOTE:
The "Paper Application Settings" section at the bottom will auto fill if you have settings saved in "Agent of Record IDs" for the state and carrier. If it is blank, that means the setting in Agent of Record IDs is blank.
