Within your QPro system you have the ability to create default letters. You can access this portion by following the steps below:
Step 1:
Go to settings by clicking on the "SETTINGS" tab
Step 2:
Scroll to the bottom under Letter Wizard and click on "Manage Letters." (If you do not have these options or run into a problem please call.)
Step 3:
You can now scroll to step 4 HTML Editor and you can add the marketing templates supplied by VSP to your letter wizard and save the letter. This can be done by copy/pasting the template provided. Please edited the Highlighted areas on the template they provide.

For [Name] you can use the Lightening bolt on the editor to set up an auto fill for a name. 
Note: The templates are provided from VSP may not be edited by Quotit but can assist with letter creation.
