How do I enable incoming calls for Call Recording?

How to Enable Incoming Calls

  1. Located at the top right of the iPro menu will be a toggle switch for Inbound Calls. By default, this will be set to ‘OFF’ and which is indicated by the toggle switch being RED.
  2. To enable incoming calls using the toggle switch, simply click on the toggle switch to turn the feature ‘ON’. This will be indicated by the toggle switch turning GREEN and a pop-up window reading ‘Listening for calls…’
  3. Once this toggle has been set to ‘ON’ a pop-up window will display notifying you that Quotit is actively listening for calls. You can continue working in Quotit while this pop-up window sits in the background.

*Note: If you navigate to ANOTHER TAB that is NOT Quotit, the pop-up will not come into focus on your screen.

**We recommend keeping your browser tab on Quotit while you are expecting/listening for Incoming calls.
