How do I enable incoming calls for Call Recording?
How to Enable Incoming Calls
- Located at the top right of the iPro menu will be a toggle switch for Inbound Calls. By default, this will be set to ‘OFF’ and which is indicated by the toggle switch being RED.
- To enable incoming calls using the toggle switch, simply click on the toggle switch to turn the feature ‘ON’. This will be indicated by the toggle switch turning GREEN and a pop-up window reading ‘Listening for calls…’
- Once this toggle has been set to ‘ON’ a pop-up window will display notifying you that Quotit is actively listening for calls. You can continue working in Quotit while this pop-up window sits in the background.
*Note: If you navigate to ANOTHER TAB that is NOT Quotit, the pop-up will not come into focus on your screen.
**We recommend keeping your browser tab on Quotit while you are expecting/listening for Incoming calls.
