How do I fill out my NPN/FFM?
This article will show you where to fill out your NPN and FFM.
To locate your NPN and FFM settings, start by navigating to the upper right corner of your Quotit Portal. Look for the profile icon, represented by a person inside a circle.
Hover over the icon and select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.

If you don't see this option, or if it says "Admin only," please contact the Quotit Support Team (phone number provided at the bottom of this article). Some agencies may intentionally restrict this option for sub-users on their accounts.

On the following page, scroll down and select "My License Numbers" at the bottom.
You’ll find the fields for your NPN and FFM displayed prominently at the top of this section.
Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save” in the lower right corner.

The NPN is required for OnX and Sr products, while the FFM is only necessary if you are selling Federal Marketplace plans.
To confirm your NPN, including the correct spelling and case sensitivity of your name, visit:

Your name in Quotit must exactly match when saving your NPN. If you encounter issues saving your NPN, please contact us at the phone number listed below.
If you’re unsure of your FFM user ID, it’s the same as the one you use to log in at:
https://portal.cms.gov/portal/
