How do I Record an Outgoing Call?
- Once a contact has answered your outgoing call, you will see the active call in a pop up window exactly like an Incoming Call.
- To enable the ‘Start Recording’ button you will need to check the box acknowledging that you agree with the legal statements displayed.
- Once this box is checked the ‘Start Recording’ button will be enabled. To begin recording the call simply click on the ‘Start Recording’ button.
