How do I Record an Outgoing Call?

  1. Once a contact has answered your outgoing call, you will see the active call in a pop up window exactly like an Incoming Call.
    1. To enable the ‘Start Recording’ button you will need to check the box acknowledging that you agree with the legal statements displayed.
    2. Once this box is checked the ‘Start Recording’ button will be enabled. To begin recording the call simply click on the ‘Start Recording’ button.
