How do I View and Return Missed Calls?

  1. Click on the Phone icon to display a drop down list
  2. Select the third option for “Missed Calls”


  3. Once clicked, a page will open displaying all missed calls.
    1. Note: Page will only show 20 calls at a time and will allow you to move to the next 20, or back to the previous 20.
  4. If the missed call is from an existing contact (as shown below), you can simply click the “Start Call” button to initiate a new call
  5. If the missed call is from an unknown number (as shown below), you can simply click the “Create New and Start Call” button to create a new contact and call the number back.
