How to Listen to a Call Recording?

  1. To view a call recording, you will first navigate to the Contact record of the contact associated with the recording. To do this you will first click on the ‘Individuals’ tab and select the ‘Contacts’ menu.
  2. This will bring up a list of Contacts, find the Contact you are looking for and click on the record to bring up the Contact Info screen.
  3.  Once you have opened the Contact Info page, scroll down to the Attachments section 
  4. Click on the link for the recording to open the .mp3 file. This will download a copy of the file to your ‘Downloads’ folder.
  5. Click on ‘Open file’ to listen to the recording in your preferred media player (for this example we are using Windows Media Player).
