Quick Quote can be found on your home/Individuals page.
This feature allows you to quickly put in a zip code and basic census information to generate a quote. This is also currently the only way to generate a child only contact.
Please note!
Using this feature generates a new contact. If you are trying to quote an existing contact, go to your individual contacts list and search for them. You can run a new quote for them from their contact page.
To use the Quote an enroll feature, first put in a zip code and pick what product type you want to quote. Then hit "Go"
The next page will look something like this:
If there is more than one County associated with a ZIP code, then there will be a drop down box to the RIGHT of the ZIP codes on this page. If you change the county in the top left corner of the page, then it will change it for everyone on the census. The drop that that will appear next to the zip code in the census section will only change the county for that person.
In the upper left corner, under the words "Census Information" there is a check box for Child only. Please put the eldest child first when doing a child only quote.
Once the clients information is filled out you can then hit "Show plans" In the bottom right corner.
The next page will have a list of plans for that product type. You can do three things from this page.
1) Proceed with the quote or compare plans.
2) Click "Selected Contact" in the upper left corner to be brought to the contact page for the newly made contact. Where you can edit information.
3) Click "New Proposal" in the upper right hand corner in order to run a new quote. For example, a dental instead of health.
